One-Click Fixes ⚡

When the Inspector identifies issues in your content, you don't have to fix them manually. One-Click Fixes automatically rewrites problem areas while preserving your meaning and brand voice.

How One-Click Fixes Work

  1. Inspector Scans — Your content is analyzed for issues.
  2. Issues Highlighted — Problems appear with orange/red underlines.
  3. Click "Fix" — Next to any issue, click the Fix button.
  4. AI Rewrites — The problematic section is automatically improved.
  5. Review Change — Accept, undo, or try again.

Types of Fixes Available

🎯 Generic Phrase Replacement

Replaces vague phrases with specific, impactful alternatives.

"Take your business to the next level" "Increase revenue 30% in 90 days"

🎤 Brand Voice Alignment

Rewrites content to match your configured Brand Voice.

"We provide solutions" "We've got your back"

📏 Length Optimization

Trims or expands content to fit platform requirements.

Twitter posts trimmed to 280 chars, LinkedIn expanded for depth

⚡ Clarity Improvement

Simplifies complex sentences for better readability.

Fix All at Once

Don't want to fix issues one by one? Click "Fix All" at the top of the Inspector panel to apply all recommended fixes simultaneously.

⚠️ Note

After "Fix All", review the changes. Occasionally a fix might change meaning in a way you didn't intend. You can always undo individual fixes.

💡 Pro Tip

Use "Fix All" for a first pass, then manually review and tweak. This workflow is faster than fixing issues one by one.
