Payments & Charges

When will I be charged?

You're charged immediately when you first subscribe, then on the same date each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans). For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each billing cycle.

Why was I charged a different amount?

The charge might include applicable taxes based on your location. Check your invoice for a detailed breakdown. If you switched plans mid-cycle, you may see prorated amounts.

What currency will I be charged in?

All charges are processed in GBP (British Pounds). If you're outside the UK, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency at their exchange rate.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first Pro payment, contact support for a full refund. Renewals are generally not refundable.

Subscriptions & Plans

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your Billing settings. Changes to annual take effect immediately; changes to monthly take effect at the end of your current annual period.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll notify you by email and automatically retry the payment. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method. Your access continues during this time to avoid any disruption.

Do unused generations roll over?

For Free plan users, unused generations do not roll over—they reset each month. Pro users have unlimited generations, so rollover doesn't apply.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

We don't offer a traditional free trial, but you can explore CreativeBuzz on the Free plan. Plus, our 14-day money-back guarantee means you can try Pro risk-free.

Invoices & Tax

How do I get an invoice?

Go to Settings → Billing → Billing History. You can view and download PDF invoices for any payment. Invoices are also emailed automatically after each charge.

Can I add a VAT number to my invoices?

Yes, if you're a business in the EU or UK, you can add your VAT number in Billing settings. This will appear on your invoices and may affect tax calculation.

Why am I being charged VAT/tax?

Digital services are subject to VAT in many countries. The tax amount depends on your location and is shown on your invoice. Business customers with valid VAT numbers may be exempt.

Account & Security

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (the highest level of security certification). We never store your full card details on our servers.

How do I update my card if it's expiring?

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click "Update." Enter your new card details and save. We'll send you a reminder email before your card expires.

What appears on my bank statement?

Charges appear as "CREATIVEBUZZ" or similar on your bank statement. If you don't recognize a charge, check your Billing History in Settings.
