Managing Your Subscription

Stay in Control of Your Plan

As a Pro subscriber, you have full control over your subscription. Update payment methods, view invoices, change plans, and more from your billing settings.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top navigation
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown
  3. Navigate to the Billing tab

What You Can Do

Update Payment Method

Add a new card or change your default payment method for future charges.

View Invoices

Access your complete billing history and download invoices for your records.

Switch Plans

Change between monthly and annual billing to find what works best for you.

View Next Billing Date

See when your next payment is scheduled and the amount to be charged.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Find the "Payment Method" section
  3. Click "Update" or "Add New"
  4. Enter your new card details
  5. Save your changes

Card Expiring?

Update your payment method before your card expires to avoid service interruption. We'll send you a reminder email when your card is about to expire.

Viewing & Downloading Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Scroll to the "Billing History" section
  3. Find the invoice you need
  4. Click "Download" to get a PDF

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan details and billing period
  • Amount charged and payment method
  • Tax information (where applicable)

Switching Between Plans

Monthly to Annual

Switching to annual billing saves you money:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select Annual Billing
  4. You'll be credited for unused time on your monthly plan
  5. The annual price (minus credit) will be charged

Annual to Monthly

If you prefer more flexibility:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select Monthly Billing
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current annual period

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. We'll automatically retry the payment
  3. Update your payment method if needed
  4. Your access continues during the retry period

Grace Period

If your payment fails, you'll have a grace period to update your payment method. We'll send multiple reminders before any service interruption.
