How to Cancel Your Pro Subscription
We're sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change. Here's everything you need to know about canceling your Pro subscription.
How to Cancel
- Click your profile icon in the top navigation
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Navigate to the Billing tab
- Find and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Optionally, tell us why you're leaving (helps us improve)
- Confirm the cancellation
No Phone Calls Required
You can cancel your subscription entirely online. No phone calls, no emails to support, no hoops to jump through.
What Happens When You Cancel
Access Continues Until Period Ends
You won't lose access immediately. You'll keep all Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
No More Charges
Your card won't be charged again after cancellation. No surprise fees or hidden charges.
Your Content Stays
All your Creative Kits remain accessible. Nothing gets deleted when you cancel.
Account Reverts to Free
After your billing period ends, your account converts to a Free plan with standard limits.

Pause Instead
Need a break? Contact support to discuss pausing your subscription temporarily.
Switch to Annual
Paying too much? Switch to annual billing and save 20% on your subscription.

Annual Subscription Cancellation
If you're on an annual plan:
- You can cancel anytime during your annual period
- Access continues until the full year ends
- No partial refunds are issued for unused months
- Make sure to cancel before renewal to avoid another year's charge
Resubscribing
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Your Pro features will be restored immediately
- All your existing kits and settings are preserved
