Templates are the foundation of CreativeBuzz. They guide the AI to create structured, professional content tailored to your specific needs. Here's how to use them effectively.
Step 1: Select Your Template
From the template library, find and click on the template you want to use. Review the details to make sure it matches what you're looking for, then click "Start Creating".
Step 2: Complete the Generation Form
The generation form asks for specific information about your project. Each template has different fields, but here are common ones you'll encounter:
Common Input Fields
Business/Product Name
The name of your company, product, or service. Be specific - "Sunrise Bakery" is better than "a bakery".
Description
What you do, what you're offering, or what you want to communicate. More detail = better results.
Target Audience
Who you're trying to reach. Include demographics, interests, or pain points when relevant.
Tone/Style
How you want the content to sound: professional, casual, friendly, authoritative, playful, etc.
Key Points
Specific messages, features, or benefits you want highlighted in the content.

Step 3: Using Brand Voice (Pro)
If you're a Pro user and have set up Brand Voice profiles, you can select one from the dropdown. This ensures your generated content matches your brand's tone and style consistently.

If you haven't set up a Brand Voice yet but want consistent content, include tone descriptions in your form inputs. You can always set up Brand Voice later.
Step 4: Generate Your Kit
Once you've filled in all required fields, click the "Generate Creative Kit" button. The AI will process your input and create a complete kit based on the template structure.

- • A progress indicator shows the current status
- • Don't refresh the page during generation
- • You'll be automatically redirected to your new kit when complete
Step 5: Review Your Content
After generation, you'll see your complete creative kit with all sections filled in. From here you can:
- Read through each section to review the content
- Copy individual sections or the entire kit
- Edit content directly (changes are saved automatically)
- Regenerate specific sections if needed (Pro)
- Export your kit in your preferred format
- Add the kit to your favorites for quick access
Common Questions
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Pro users can regenerate individual sections. You can also duplicate the kit and try again with different inputs, or edit the content directly.
Can I save my input for later?
Currently, inputs aren't saved separately. However, your generated kit stores the original inputs, and you can duplicate kits to create variations.
Does it count against my limit if generation fails?
No, if a generation fails for any reason, it won't count against your daily or total limit. You can try again.
