Organizing Your Kits

Find What You Need, Fast

As your library of Creative Kits grows, staying organized becomes essential. CreativeBuzz offers powerful search, filtering, and sorting tools to help you find exactly what you need.

Search Your Kits

Use the search bar at the top of your Workspace to find kits by:

  • Kit name: Search by the title you gave your kit
  • Template name: Find all kits created from a specific template
  • Content: Search within the generated content itself
  • Keywords: Find kits related to specific topics or campaigns

Smart Search

Search is instant and searches across multiple fields. Just start typing to see results appear.

Filter Your View

Use filters to narrow down your view:

By Template

Show only kits created from a specific template. Great for finding all your social media content or blog posts.

By Date Range

Filter by creation date—today, this week, this month, or custom date range.

By Favorite Status

Show only favorited kits, or exclude them from view.

Sort Your Kits

Change how kits are ordered in your view:

Sort Option Best For
Newest First Default view, finding recent work
Oldest First Reviewing your content history
Alphabetical (A-Z) Finding kits by name when you know what you're looking for
Alphabetical (Z-A) Reverse alphabetical order
Last Modified Finding kits you've recently edited

View Options

Switch between different view modes:

Grid View

Visual card layout showing kit previews. Best for browsing and visual identification.

List View

Compact list with more kits visible. Best for quickly scanning many items.

Naming Conventions

Better naming makes organizing easier. Here are some suggested approaches:

Effective Naming Examples:

  • [Campaign] Product Launch - Social - Include campaign and type
  • 2026-01 Newsletter - January Edition - Date-based naming
  • Client: Acme Corp - Blog Posts - Client-based organization
  • Q1 Marketing - Email Sequence - Quarter-based naming

Best Practice

Rename kits immediately after generation while the context is fresh. Click the kit name to edit it.

Combining Search and Filters

For maximum precision, combine search with filters:

  1. Set your desired filter (e.g., "Social Media Template")
  2. Type your search term (e.g., "product launch")
  3. Results show only social media kits matching "product launch"

Pro Tip: Use Favorites Strategically

Don't just favorite your best content—use favorites as a "quick access" folder for kits you're currently working with. Unfavorite them when the project is complete.
