Managing Multiple Brand Voices
Different Voices for Different Needs
Sometimes one Brand Voice isn't enough. You might need different voices for different platforms, audiences, or products. CreativeBuzz Pro lets you create and manage multiple Brand Voices.
Why Use Multiple Brand Voices?
Platform Variation
Your LinkedIn voice might be more professional than your TikTok voice. Create voices optimized for each platform.
Audience Segments
B2B content needs a different voice than B2C. Create voices tailored to each audience segment.
Product Lines
Different products might have different personalities. Maintain unique voices for each brand or product line.
Content Types
Technical documentation needs a different tone than marketing copy. Use appropriate voices for each.

- Navigate to Settings → Brand Voice
- Find the voice you want as default
- Click the star icon or select "Set as Default"
- This voice will now be pre-selected for all new generations
Editing a Voice
Your Brand Voice isn't permanent. Refine it anytime:
- Go to Settings → Brand Voice
- Click on the voice you want to edit
- Make your changes
- Save to apply updates
Deleting a Voice
Remove voices you no longer need:
- Go to Settings → Brand Voice
- Find the voice you want to delete
- Click the delete button or trash icon
- Confirm the deletion
Note About Deletion
Deleting a Brand Voice doesn't affect kits that were generated using it. The content remains the same; you just won't be able to use that voice for new generations.
Example Brand Voice Strategy
Here's how a marketing agency might organize their Brand Voices:
Friendly, emoji-friendly, conversational for social posts
Thoughtful, industry-savvy, establishes expertise
Personal, warm, like a note from a friend
Educational, thorough, SEO-optimized structure
Best Practices
- Name voices clearly: Use descriptive names that tell you exactly when to use each voice.
- Don't overcreate: Start with 2-3 voices and add more only when you have a clear need.
- Document your voices: Keep notes on when to use each voice for team consistency.
- Review periodically: Delete voices you no longer use to keep your list manageable.
