Using Brand Voice in Generations
Generate On-Brand Content Every Time
Once you've set up your Brand Voice, using it when generating content is simple. This guide shows you how to apply your voice to create consistently on-brand content.
Applying Brand Voice to a New Kit
- Navigate to Templates and select your desired template
- Fill in the required template fields
- Look for the "Brand Voice" selector
- Select your Brand Voice from the dropdown
- Click "Generate" to create your kit
Default Brand Voice
You can set a default Brand Voice in your settings. When set, it will be automatically selected for all new generations, saving you a step each time.
Where Brand Voice Appears
Brand Voice is available in several places throughout CreativeBuzz:
Using Brand Voice Effectively
Do
- • Use Brand Voice for all customer-facing content
- • Match your voice to the content type
- • Review and refine your voice settings periodically
- • Create different voices for different purposes
Don't
- • Use a playful voice for serious announcements
- • Expect perfect results without refinement
- • Ignore the output—always review
- • Use one voice for completely different brands
Content Without Brand Voice
When you don't select a Brand Voice, CreativeBuzz uses neutral, versatile language. This can be useful when:
- You want a generic starting point to customize later
- You're testing different content approaches
- The content is for internal use only
- You're brainstorming ideas, not creating final content

Tips for Best Results
- Be specific in your inputs: The more detail you provide in template fields, the better Brand Voice can be applied.
- Review the output: Even with Brand Voice, a quick review ensures everything aligns perfectly.
- Iterate on your voice: If results aren't quite right, refine your Brand Voice settings.
- Match voice to content: Use different Brand Voices for different content types when appropriate.
