There are multiple ways to populate your Knowledge Base: manual entry, document upload, and URL import. Choose the method that works best for your content.
Method 1: Manual Entry
Best for individual facts, quotes, and specific data points.
- Click "Add Fact" — Find the button in your Knowledge Base.
- Enter a Title — Give your fact a descriptive name.
- Add Content — Enter the fact, quote, or information.
- Select Category — Choose or create a category.
- Save — Your fact is now available for generations.
Method 2: Document Upload
Best for existing content like PDFs, Word docs, or product sheets.
Supported Formats

- • Text files (.txt)
- • Markdown files (.md)
- Click "Upload Document" — Find the upload option.
- Select Your File — Choose a document from your computer.
- AI Extracts Facts — Key information is automatically pulled out.
- Review & Edit — Check extracted facts and make adjustments.
- Confirm — Add the facts to your Knowledge Base.
Method 3: URL Import
Best for pulling information from your website or landing pages.
- Click "Import URL" — Find the import option.
- Enter the URL — Paste your website or page URL.
- AI Scrapes Content — Key information is extracted.
- Review & Edit — Check what was found and adjust.
- Confirm — Add to your Knowledge Base.
Best Practices
- Be Specific — "Saves 5 hours/week" is better than "saves time".
- Keep Facts Atomic — One fact per entry. Don't combine multiple points.
- Update Regularly — When pricing or features change, update your Knowledge Base.
