Adding Knowledge Sources ➕

There are multiple ways to populate your Knowledge Base: manual entry, document upload, and URL import. Choose the method that works best for your content.

Method 1: Manual Entry

Best for individual facts, quotes, and specific data points.

  1. Click "Add Fact" — Find the button in your Knowledge Base.
  2. Enter a Title — Give your fact a descriptive name.
  3. Add Content — Enter the fact, quote, or information.
  4. Select Category — Choose or create a category.
  5. Save — Your fact is now available for generations.

Method 2: Document Upload

Best for existing content like PDFs, Word docs, or product sheets.

Supported Formats

  • • PDF documents
  • • Word documents (.docx)
  • • Text files (.txt)
  • • Markdown files (.md)
  1. Click "Upload Document" — Find the upload option.
  2. Select Your File — Choose a document from your computer.
  3. AI Extracts Facts — Key information is automatically pulled out.
  4. Review & Edit — Check extracted facts and make adjustments.
  5. Confirm — Add the facts to your Knowledge Base.

Method 3: URL Import

Best for pulling information from your website or landing pages.

  1. Click "Import URL" — Find the import option.
  2. Enter the URL — Paste your website or page URL.
  3. AI Scrapes Content — Key information is extracted.
  4. Review & Edit — Check what was found and adjust.
  5. Confirm — Add to your Knowledge Base.

Best Practices

  • Be Specific — "Saves 5 hours/week" is better than "saves time".
  • Keep Facts Atomic — One fact per entry. Don't combine multiple points.
  • Update Regularly — When pricing or features change, update your Knowledge Base.

💡 Pro Tip

Upload your best-performing landing page or sales deck. The AI will extract the key selling points you've already validated.
