Knowledge Base & Used Facts
Ground Your Content in Real Facts 📚
The Knowledge Base stores your product information — features, pricing, FAQs, testimonials, and more. When you generate content, the AI cites these facts and shows you exactly which ones were used.
Why Knowledge Base?
- No more AI hallucinations about your product
- See which facts were cited in "Used Facts" panel
- Keep all your product info in one place
- Consistent, accurate messaging across all content
Adding Knowledge
- Go to Settings → Knowledge Base
- Click "Add Knowledge"
- Choose a category (Product, Pricing, FAQ, etc.)

The Used Facts Panel
After generating a Creative Kit, look for the "Used Facts" panel. It shows every Knowledge Base fact the AI referenced:
📋 Used Facts
"Free trial is 14 days, no credit card required"
from Pricing
"Supports 15+ social media platforms"
from Product
"Average user saves 5 hours per week on content"
from Social Proof
Best Practices
- Be specific: "14-day free trial" not "free trial available"
- Add numbers: Quantifiable facts are more compelling
- Update regularly: Keep pricing and features current
- Include testimonials: Real quotes add authenticity
💡 Pro Tip
Add your competitor differentiators to Knowledge Base: "Unlike [Competitor], we offer [unique feature]." The AI will use these when writing comparison content.
