Permanently Remove Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you've decided to delete your CreativeBuzz account, this guide explains the process and what happens to your data.
Before You Delete
Account Deletion is Permanent
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. All your data, Creative Kits, and settings will be permanently removed. Please be certain before proceeding.
Consider these alternatives first:
Take a Break
You don't have to delete your account to stop using CreativeBuzz. Your data stays safe until you return.
Export Your Content
Download your Creative Kits before deleting so you don't lose your generated content.
Cancel Subscription Only
Want to stop paying but keep your content? Just cancel your Pro subscription instead.
Talk to Us
Having issues? Our support team may be able to help resolve whatever's prompting you to leave.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
How to Delete Your Account
- Sign in to your account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click "Delete Account"
- Read the warning carefully
- Type your email or "DELETE" to confirm
- Enter your password for verification
- Click "Permanently Delete Account"
Active Subscription?
If you have an active Pro subscription:
- Your subscription will be canceled automatically
- No further charges will be made
- No refunds are issued for unused subscription time
- Consider canceling your subscription first and waiting until your period ends if you want full value
After Deletion
Immediate Effect
You'll be signed out immediately and won't be able to sign back in. The email address associated with your account becomes available for use with a new account.
Data Removal
Your data is deleted from our active systems immediately. Backup systems are purged within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policies.
Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email that your account has been deleted.
Want to Return Later?
If you decide to use CreativeBuzz again in the future:
- You can create a new account with the same email address
- Your previous data cannot be restored—you'll start fresh
- We'd be happy to have you back anytime
